art drop off

Art can be dropped off this Thursday night (the night before the party) starting at 7 PM at The Third Floor Studio, 810 Caroline St. (the party venue). We will be there setting up so please feel free to stop by at any time after 7. If you would like to arrange another drop off time or place please call Jane Mangione at 703-795-1373.

Donate Art!

Hi Everybody!

We are looking for art to exhibit and sell at the Party For Charity Event!
The event benefits the Thurman Brisben Homeless Shelter and all proceeds from the art sale will go to the shelter as well.
The event takes place the evening of Friday, March 30th and so we need art ASAP so it can be hung before the show.
Please don't wait to donate!

--If you would like to donate art please contact Jane Mangione

--We will accept art or crafts in virtually any medium: photography, paintings, prints, sculpture, etc. just as long as it fits in the space. If you have a very large piece provide us with the dimensions and we will get back to you.

--You can donate as many pieces as you would like. We will accept pieces until we run out of room to exhibit them.

--If you are a professional artist and would like to donate art work, please contact us and we can provide you with a release form for tax purposes.

--If you are interested in helping out, but don't have anything to donate, please contact us because we will need lots of help preparing for and running the event!

--At this point there is no deadline for submitting work, but we will need to have the work the week of the event so that it can be set up.
